Film

I'm a Broadcast & New Media major at Elon University-- here are a few of my video projects!
All were edited using Final Cut Pro.

2011

Inspired by the themes found in foreign "adventure" films, I created this video about a French widow who learns that her love was a victim of WWII battle. My sister, Amanda, is the leading lady. Oh, and that's me speaking French. Try not to laugh.
Shot with Panasonic AG-HMC150. Lighted with Rifa and low-intensity background lamps.

This is perhaps my favorite video because it was so much fun to make. It stars my trust actor, Seth Dresler, as my British husband during the first air raids of the London Blitz. It's supposed to be funny, so... laugh.

Using True Blood as inspiration, this film is sort of a spin-off of the vampire motif. I shot all of the scenes myself (yes, that includes the scenes starring me), and I think it turned out OK. On a side note, I hate vampires. I hate Twilight. And I hate blood or horror films. Needless to say, this project was a challenge for me.

2010

As one of my very first video projects, this is a short 30-second PSA titled "Don't walk along at night." It stars my roommate, Gabi Burn, who probably never realized she could act until I made her. Thanks, Gab.
Shot with Sony PDX10.

I created this music video using Final Cut Pro for my Digital Media class. It's about a 2 minute clip from the song "After Tonight" by Justin Nozuka. Special thanks to my beautiful friends (and talented actors) John Lesko and Isabelle Matejovsky!
